It uses up so much power that NOD's Obelisks don't have enough power to run. To beat it send a Hum-vee into the base far enough for the enemy to send a large task force out to get the Hum-vee. Send the Hum-vee back into your base where a large enough force can destroy it with no sweat. Then quickly send a APC full of enginears into the base and take over the power plants.
