Put them on a ledge or high point around the base [probally where the enemy always attacks]. Your snipers will take any people out very quikly. If you leave them there it will rack up their rank, then put them back in the barracks untill all snipers are at the highest ranck. Then your snipers will be invisable [not when their shooting].
