First of all open up your folder C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Rogue Spear\data\kit and find primary.itm or any .itm files will do. Open It with "Program". Now hit Ctrl+A and when all files there are selected, click on any file and click properties. Uncheck Read-Only, and then you can Close everything. Now open any of the pw, sw, or tw found at that folder(C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Rogue Spear\data\kit)with Wordpad, Notepad, or Microsoft Word. Now you can modify the acurracy, number of rounds per clip, and so on.
