Then go straight across where he is shooting from. When you get past him there should be a gunman standing by a door to the left. Kill him and then turn to the right. You should see a room. Enter it. There should be a gunman inside, kill him and when you do that turn to the left wall. You should see a vent opening at the bottom crawl through. As you crawl along you will come to a spot where you can turn or go straight. Turn and after crawling for a while you will find a room with a box in it. It has the M16k in it. Get it and then climb back up the shaft. When you come to the spot where you turned take a left and you should come to where the boss is shooting from.
