Black Market
To get lower prices and more uprgrades, when you
enter the third city, do a bounty then talk to
the girl Clacker talking about bounty hunters
standing still on the right side of the road.
She will tell you the password for the black
market. Then climb up the rope across the
street and walk around the catwalk to the black
market. The clerk will ask you for the
password, then press X and you will tell him the
password. TADA!! You're in the black market!!
